Great place to stay did not have breakfast but my room wasn't right and they did accommodate me for that they upgraded so it looks like to me they will take care of their customer and lady that waited on me was great

This place is AWESOME! Front desk personnel were very pleasant. Always greeted with a smile.nRoom was clean, king size bed ,very comfy, kitchenette which included dishes so I didn't have to go buy any. It was nice to be supplied with them instead of having to buy a package at the front desk . Big bathroom also supplied with decent shampoo and conditionernI recommend this place to anyone staying for a few days in Beaumont!
Staff was very nice but room was disappointing. Refrigerator made a terribly loud noise about once an hours, the door didn't lock (realized it on last day) and walls are paper thin. Also, the thermostat was broken so we couldn't tell what it was set on or adjust it. I've stayed at several Candlewoods and usually have good experiences but would not return to this one.
