Probably one of the most quite places I’ve ever stayed. Don’t let the drive in scare you off. Park is very nice in a natural state. Mostly men and families working and on long stays. We were there 4 months. If you’re looking for well manicured park... this is not for you... if you want to enjoy of a natural stay... Then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND East Lucas. And for the record.. the best hamburgers in town are right across the street at Mr Burger.

Despite what their website says, this park is NOT pet friendly. Facilities are run down. Most of the washers and dryer do not work. And the surrounding neighborhood is a very poor run down area. We did not feel safe. We would not recommend this location if you have pets or need to use the facilities (showers or laundry).

Mrs. Sabrina and her daughter will look out for you and your kids. They are good Christian ladies. Sweet, hospitable, and watchful. I have traveled all over Texas pipelining and lived the last 3 years out of RV parks. This one is the best one out of a lot I've stayed at. As long as you just obey the rules and its not alot to ask its basically just common courtesy and or common sense, you could say. If these ladies get a bad review, its from someone they put out bc of them doing something they asked em not to and or something messed up. Bc you couldn't ask for better folks. Considering the location you would think omgoodness what is this place gonna be like, but its full of good ppl on the account that these two make sure of it. Clean, 10 minutes from Exxon, and quiet at night. Many Thanks to y'all and thank y'all kindly!! I will stay here everytime we get work in Beaumont! Extremely pet friendly as long as you obey the rules. And the location is bad but inside the park isnt bad at all. Its not the hood inside the park. Filled with Exxon workers and pipeliners.
