New hotel and was clean! Definitely would stay again if I pass through Beaumont. The staff was friendly and when I needed more towels and room items Samone was super helpful in providing them. The best part was not having to be around noisy neighbors. The prepackaged breakfast was a nice substitute as well.
We had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. In a one bedroom suite, the bathroom has two doors, one connected to the bedroom and one to the living area. Super important when traveling with kids! Thank you!
We came in at midnight after leaving a different, horrible hotel in another town. The front desk was so helpful and pleasant. It made our night turn 180* for the better. The room was gorgeous, updated and clean. We decided to sleep in late and enjoy the room before the 12p checkout. Thank you for your hospitality and clean rooms. We were in desperate need of comfort and you provided that for us.
I stayed in the hotel with a friend and was happy to find the employees wearing masks and that the hotel looked clean enough considering COVID. The breakfast wasn’t the regular hot buffet, but the to go box wasn’t bad. I called to get more towels and was told to come down to get them. The woman at the desk was very helpful and nice about it. I think her name was Samantha or Samone. The stay was peaceful no complaints, except not being able to find closer parking.
Very impressed with the rooms and staff.
