Really nice newer hotel. Rooms are comfortable the rate was really good. The suite had everything you need to prepare and cook a meal. Dishes, utensils, cookware, and a dishwasher. There was a full breakfast in the morning. The only bad thing was that they ran out of omelettes and bacon fairly early and no one was attending the buffet. Would stay here again.

I was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel had an upgraded appearance. The staff was very friendly. Our room was perfect. I'd stay here again.

We had a crazy drive and were so exhausted and were checking in LATE at that! My husband ( probably stressed about our kids and the drive ) went inside to check in and there was a weird issue with the booking ...but oh my goodness AIESHA ! That woman is a saint ! She offered the most amazing service and help. She was so sweet and accommodating. I asked it I could have an extra blanket in a little bit and I came down to get my bag and the blanket was waiting for me, along with a kind smile. I’m usually a Hampton or Hilton person when I make weekend trips but we decided to take a shot at Days Inn since we were booking so last minute, and after Aiesha’s amazing customer service, I will definitely be coming backnto a Days Inn. It was a night shift so I was already excepting an employee that doesn’t care as I’ve seen in many other hotels, but that was NOT the case. I guess it’s true that ONE person can change your entire opinion of a place or company! Aiesha keep up the AMAZING work! I can’t explain what your hospitality meant to us!

If u want rude attitude and terrible customer service!!! than this is the place for you. I booked the hotel for two nights and paid online ahead of time, got the room. Upon arrival they wouldn't let us check in, even though the room was paid for, because of there check in policy. I'm a truck driver and they wasted 3 hours of my 10 hour break trying to get checked in. I called the headquarters to resolve the issue and they hung up the phone after telling me that the days inn & suites location is a privately owned location and that whatever policies they have is up to them and nothing cant be done. I didnt realize that my money is different from other people. Theres plenty of hotels around the area that actually care about their guests, so go elsewhere. With the lack of respect and customer service that this location and headquarters provided, the staff will be renting the rooms out to themselves.
