If you are stopping through Texas, if you need a place to stay, this is it. EVERYONE was amazing! My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet and great! Attentive staff. Wonderful morning breakfast. I was there 3 weeks for business and I felt like I was in a nice apartment!! Wonderful stay!! Thank you to everyone who made my stay great!!
The ONLY hotel in Beaumont TX (or surrounding) worth the stay. Breakfast is great. Rooms are spacious. The customer service is amazing! New GM has vision and that is nice to see. Hotel makes you feel like a home away from home!
The view from our room was lovely (photo attached) and the staff were very friendly. My rating is primarily based on the upkeep/maintenance of the room. The couch sags, the shower drains VERY slowly, and there were dozens of ants in our bathroom sink.
We stayed on the first floor, which appears to have survived flooding. It had a funky smell and the rugs were iffy. But, it was very clean, comfortable, and good breakfast
The suite was amazing it's a must stay the people here are so welcoming and just so beautiful on the inside
