Had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff from the people at the front desk, the lady in the gift shop and housekeeping staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and big enough TV so you don't have to squench to see it like some hotels. Quick response time in getting extra items such as towels and toiletries. If you need a reasonably priced place to stay in Beaumont, this is it.

Have stayed here in when I come into town more than a few times in the past and it’s always been a nice stay. However the room my husband and I were given this time had an odor, was almost out of toilet paper, the toilet didn’t hardly flush, the blanket was stained, and my husband had to remove and clean the filters in the A/C because they were so dirty that we were almost sweating just laying there watching TV. Don’t think we’ll be spending our money here anymore, sorry to say.

For the price you GET a lot of HOTEL. Yes it is older, but clean and the staff is great. Ruby with Reservations and Amanda at check out made me want to come back.

I have stayed here several times now over the past couple of months. Each time has been pleasant. First was of course Covid limitations and recovering from the last major storm and remodeling. Most of the work is done now and looking good and getting back in the swing of things. The beds have been comfortable, the rooms well equipped including a mini fridge, microwave and Starbucks in your room. The rooms seem to be quieter than other hotels I have stayed at and less door slamming from other guests or its still having the door slammer just quieter or better sound deadening. Nice Island Style pool area. Meeting rooms,, Ball room, restaurant and bar. The staff have been very nice for the most part. I'm pretty sure you will have a good stay here. I have each time.

This place said 4 star hotel but in my opinion it’s only 2. The staff as friendly, but the hotel rooms were small, dingy, and very out dated. We were placed on the concierge floor, but the concierge lounge that promised breakfast and night appetizers didn’t open. (They stated on website it was open with COVID precautious) The pool looked nice on website, but was dirty and small in person. We were supposed to stay two nights, but only made it through one because the night we stayed my husband was awoken by a bug crawling on him. So we felt uncomfortable and left early the next morning. I do not recommend staying here.
