Courtyard by Marriott Beaumont

Finally we found a hotel/motel that everything worked in the room and the only one on the area that actually had a mini snack market place at the front desk (every other place we stayed only had soda machines and broken ice makers)! I ended up buying my girlfriend some fruit snacks, ice cream and a few Jim Beam nips just in case but we ended up just passing out after we showered. The A/C unit in the room looked older, maybe 10 yrs old or so, however it worked! And it got the room nice and cold (I had it set to 60°F and it was reading 59 in the morning).nnThe bed was the most comfortable we've slept on in the area by far, the pillows were great, and the black out curtains actually blacked out the room! When we woke up at 8am I thought it was still 4am.nnThe shower was great, the water got very hot and the water pressure was good, the reason I took 1 star away though was because I did see some black mold on the ceiling, hopefully maintenance can take care of this. For wet shower areas you need a moisture and mold resistant paint, the paint on the ceiling appeared to be some old cheap flat paint. The shower itself looked like it had just been remodeled as the tile looked new and modern and new glass door and wall, however the finish work is pretty bad, nothing was caulked around the edges and the door itself isn't sealed right and leaked water all onto the floor and it's not a wet bathroom so there's no drainage, I almost slipped and fell getting out of the shower even with a towel on the floor.nnOverall great stay, very happy, finish the bathrooms properly and take care of the black mold on the ceiling and my next stay I'll leave 5 stars.

Only stayed for one night. Room was clean and in good condition. Nothing fancy but I had a good nights rest. No breakfast or dinner being served due to the pandemic but they did have a good range of snacks at the front desk to purchase. I give it the EJ Stamp of Approval

Beds where very comfortable. Staff was friendly. You can hear the road noise in the morning

Very clean, updated rooms. Very attentive front desk staff. If you need anything at all, they will do everything that they can to make it happen.

PLUS great Front Desk Staff, Great pillow selection in room,nMINUS heavy skunk odor, 1year into Covid-19 AND website marketing doesn't reflect NO breakfast, NO enforcement of mask wearing, noisy dehumidifier in our room.
