Pretty run down and dated. The reason I give this a 4 is because if the friendliness of the staff. It is under renovation and my room is one that is complete. However, the tub is rusted the paint job is very poor and the toilet looks old I can go on but there may be better choices in Beaumont.
The stay was great with great hospitality! The only reason for not 5 stars was the lobby was dark and “out of service” during my stay. Breakfast was slim due to the virus. I also recommend a remodel soon to modernize the interior a bit.

Hotel has had recent water damage and the lobby is full of fans to dry it out. Booked a room for 5 and it only had sleeping arrangements for 4, asked for a rollaway and was told there weren't any. I was told we could have our 5th person sleep on the floor and extra sheets could be provided. Very noisy location, very poor experience. I choose Marriott to ensure I get a clean room with the right accomodations for the number of people allowed in the room but this hotel does not align to that brand expectation. Will not be returning.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. Exactly what you need. Check out cascade caverns if you have extra time right down the road. Try the original Rudy's BBQ in Leon springs for a unique experience. Its been there as long as I can remember.
