GREAT location and school district. Pet-friendly place. Management is genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to help. During the Hurricane Harvey, the on-site manager went her way to make sure tenants were safe. They were very understanding with the tenant's situation while everybody were recovering from the loss brought by the hurricane. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone.Keep up the good work.

Love it! An amazing complex! Best kept secret in Beaumont! It's a quiet, secluded, pet friendly, gated community. Management and owners are awesome and really look out for their tenants. They really go out of their way to make sure their tenants are safe and try their very best to accomodate their tenants as best they can.
Changed managers twice on us, and everything was good until Hurricane Harvey. We was paying more then most in the complex. We went to talk to the manager 2 months ago and told her that we was going to go month to month. Beth said it would be okay to do that. 7 days ago, we get a letter on the door saying they will no longer go month to month. Then we get a certified letter in the mall saying they are kicking us out February 28th. Take in mind, we where never late and we even paid 2 months in advance once. They told us they had a waiting list and already rented our unit. Did not ask us to renew our contract or even give us the opportunity. Poor management and poor business practice by ownership. Specially when we have paid early most of the time. Renters beware!
GREAT property. The new owners are great and have done a tremendous job of rehab on Savannah Park. You wouldn't recognize the place from what it used to be, and the pool is outstanding!
