Don't stay here. Just don't. Not trying to be mean, but if you have NO OTHER CHOICES, then just be prepared for one of the worst hotel stays of your life. No roaches or bedbugs, but that's where the positive aspects end.
Worst experience ever. Pounding and sawing, INSIDE THE BUILDING, from 1am to 5am.nWe called the front desk and they said it must have been a noisy customer. Next level of support said they would contact us in 7-10 business days- that was 12 days ago. Low expectations realizing this is cheap chain but it would have been nice to get some sleep. Very disappointed.
The Hotel staff is Wonderful, Very Helpful & Respectful. They were very speedy, and laughed and joked as Professionals.nHowever, The rooms were decent until we found a Roach in the Room, and also until we went downstairs and saw a Rat (A BIG ONE) in the lobby running around.nThis hotel is a What you Pay for is what you Get.nEnjoyed our Time in Texas, but will not be returning back. Traveled to far to be disappointed, and unhappy (as far as the hotel).
Stayed in room 209 and my sister woke up with bites on her. While i was laying there watching Netflix i noticed a tiny bug crawling around. Bed bugs is all i’m going to say. I was absolutely disgusted but this is the only place i could find during this winter storm that had rooms available and warm water.
There are a lot of transients around rear door next to convenient store but motel itself is kept clean & friendly!
