All of the negative reviews are incorrect. The price is low which should give anyone considering staying here a good idea that it’s not a Ritz Carlton. That said for the price it is a great place to stay. I was here working insurance claims due to the winter storm that h it the area in February 2021. This place has good beds, alright pillows, good lighting in the rooms, big rooms and bathrooms. I will definitely consider staying here if I’m ever working the Beaumont area again. The staff I interacted with was courteous and accommodating.
First I went to write my review and apparently somebody had already written it for me? I think the hotel has fair prices overall the staff is good except for one staff member was very rude to me. I actually got to meet the owner of the hotel he helped me out in the situation that I truly appreciate. I find the rooms to be clean I think the housekeepers do a great job no major issues.
Not sure if i should give 1 star or 5. Thank you for allowing me to be a guest here. The customer service and tone of the employees was fantastic. However, the noise level is unacceptable, a lot of my things in the room didn't work, and i was a tad nervous about the environment being unsafe but no problems during my stay
Service was good. Room was clean. My only complaint is that the shower did not work and was forced to bathe instead.
Absolutely nothing like the pictures seen a roach in the bathroom only one elevator worked and it not even a guaranteed thing it seemed. The rooms smelt bad and the cleanliness was a solid zero.
