Ok. Good price for the stay.. Large room, comfy bed, good service, except for not recording my rewards# with the stay. Thin walls. Decent coffee. Only cold cereal, fruit, and waffles for breakfast, so we only had coffee.
Great stay. Good staff. However I am still confused on where the ice machine is located in the building. Came in exhausted from a overwhelming trip and the staff took good care of me. My car was running hot and they even gave me a bottle of water to put in my engine to get me to the auto shop.
Really poor Service. Some rooms were partially Renovated due to a Fire here in the past. Theres used carpet and other items piled up near the lobby. I stayed here a Week. Started off on the 1st floor and saw some mold in the bathroom and the carpet had lumps in it. I said something to the owner and was moved to a Renovated room on the 3rd floor for the remainder of our stay. I noticed that the furniture in the Renovated room was old and outdated and the fire sprinklers were painted. The Housekeeping doesn't fully clean the rooms either. My dog peed on the laminated floor when we first got into the 3rd floor room and I asked for a mop from the Housekeeper and they just looked at me and said here's a towel. That's not Sanitary! So I had to use some disinfectant wipes I had with me. Every day Housekeeping would beat on people's doors way before checkout time and some rooms they just Barged their way into the room! You'd be better off paying a little more to stay somewhere else...
Management was friendly and accommodating. I stay in a lot of hotels while traveling for work...so they are all the same. The owner seems like he wants to maintain a nice clean hotel. Any issues we had were immediately remedied.
Inside corridors. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean room except slight hint of smoke in non-smoking room. Quiet. Neighborhood looked safe. Registration clerks pleasant, efficient. Outside pool looked good, but it is December so didn't try it. Good price. Breakfast: coffee, waffles, raisin Bran, froot loops, milk, bread, real butter, jelly, oranges, apples, boiled eggs.
