We are here due to Harvey. We have dealt with the most kind hearted people at this hotel. They have accommodated our stay in away that has meant so much. Thank you to the entire staff and owner. We appreciate you all greatly.
I ended up staying the night but the room was pretty rough. Maybe I just got a bad room but the bed was hard as a rock, the tv was super small, and the room was still dirty. It'll get you by but your better off spending a little bit more money for a different hotel.
Absolutely awful. I got woken up at 3:30 am with a big roach running across my face. I had to wait til 7 am when the manager came in, she was very confrontational and very aloft. She treated me like a crackhead looking for a free night stay when I asked for a full refund. I paid for the week. I was very disappointed and we are posting pictures. I wouldn't recommend a dog to stay here. Not only because of the roaches but the managers attitude. 1 star
The Manager Ashley N was completely nasty and unprofessional about the cockroaches I saw in the room and that crawled across my face when sleeping. I have pictures and video. Also the front desk girls killed one in the hallway that I showed them. Do not stay here. Health department will be called and they are fighting me on a refund. Not to mention corporate has done nothing to rectify the situation. Completely terrible
Not the best hotel but for the price and being in town for work it done the job. The front desk girl was THE BEST at her job as she let us look at room before saying yes. Very helpful all the way around.
