Hotel staff went above and beyond given the circumstances of my stay I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends
It was very clean, and bed was very comfortable. The Holiday Inn has been there for many years, However with the remodel that has been completed. It looks new.
The stay was ok up until checkout. I booked the stay on Priceline for $72. My booking was for Valentine’s Day. I decorated for my boyfriend so I moved things around a bit. Checked out on the 15th everything was fine. I get a charge the next day in the amount of 462.00. I called them immediately just to be informed that I was charged that fee because they are stating I stole the phone, lamp, and coffee maker. I was in disbelief. All the items were there just in different locations. I talked to the manager and Gm and they are both stating the items were removed, when they were not. I
Didn't stay as i stood in line with only 1 man in front of me for about 10 min just talking before I interrupted and asked can u just tell me if u have vacancy and price. I thought very unprofessional to chit chat while others in line behind the one u chit chatting with. Took our business a few doors down. Was greeted immediately there.
