I picked this place because it was near my family and it was also close to stores and nice restaurants. Sadly, the room was not what I expected. The air conditioning for room 414 sounded like a machine gun every time it turned on. The beds were hard and squeaky. At around 5:30 am to 6:00 AM the room filled with the stench of either breakfast eggs or sewerage water running somewhere. The key wouldn't work twice and we had to reactivate it once. The other time a custodian helped us get in. The guy in charge of breakfast on Tuesday morning was the reason I give this place two stars instead of one. He went above and beyond to help us bring breakfast to my husband, who recently had surgery, and my 7 year old daughter. I wouldn't mind visiting again, but please fix the AC and squeaky beds. Find out where the smell come from at that time.

Had a great stay with my wife, while waiting to check in a woman was fighting this the manager about her stay the manager handled this woman’s outbursts way better than I would’ve. She wasn’t a usual guest either, very rude but the manager was able to remain calm.nnWould definitely stay again since after the crazy woman left the manager apologized and offered my wife and I complimentary waters for waiting.nnour suite was very nice and clean.

Super friendly staff. Nice rooms. Very accommodating. Probably the best hotel i have stayed at in all of the places i have stayed at in Texas. Wonderful people all around this metropolitan area. I loved my stay and will be back!! The manager is an awesome person! Very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Only 1 thing i can think of is not being able to stay longer

Beautiful Hampton Inn! very sanitized and secure as a traveling mother COVID brought up many questions but the friendly staff assisted me in feeling safe in this beautiful Hampton! Doors always locked only open with a key card.nWe gladly paid an extra 35$ to stay a couple hours after checkout. wonderful management. Would definitely stay again!
