I went to this LBS looking for a specific item. They did not have it in stock, but were willing to send me to a local competitor to find it. After talking with an obviously knowledgeable salesperson, it could have been the owner, but I don't know that, I ordered the item directly from the manufacturer. I like to do business with local people, and if I lived in the Austin area, I would definitely return to Buda.

Needed to find a bike shop South, I tried another but wasn't satisfied with the quality or attention to detail. Ended up buying a new Drive Train Group set and having Buda Bike Co. replace / tune up the bike as I ride over >120 miles a week. Perfect now...nnThe professionalism, customer service, quality along with Technical know how were all on point with the price of service very reasonable.nnThe entire team from the owner who took my initial call to the bike expert were all super cool and knew bikes!nnThis is my new go to place for my TREK 7600, even with a little bit of a drive, definitely worth the time & my dime...n~ James M.

Great customer service. I called the store in reference to getting some work done on my wife's bicycle. The staff was very friendly and was able to work my wife's bicycle in the same day. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing bike repair or help getting set up to start biking. ud83dudc4d

Really professional bike shop, with a great small town feel! They serviced both my unique cannondale bikes, while providing updates and great communication throughout the process.
