I would’ve rated it 1/5 but I’ll make it a 3 since not everything was bad. My family stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and we did get good customer service from one of the employees! Some hours later, I come to the lobby to ask for a question. I notice that their shifts changed since it wasn’t the same employee. I see this other employee on their phone but I still ask the question. That employee ignored my question and kept being on their phone so I asked again and he rolled his eyes and gave me a rude (and obviously wrong) answer.
They are under construction but almost done with the lobby, it's going to look great! The owner and all the staff are super friendly. I stay there whenever I am in town and the gentleman that works the 2pm to 10pm shift always remembers me. He is very professional. Looking forward to remodel completion. Great place for price and location!
They are under construction but the front desk is amazing. Ive stayed there several times now. Sometimes i stay a week or more and they get am A+ in my book especially when it comes to hospitality. The daytime front desk girl is the assistant manager and she is by far the sweetest and coolest cat in town! She's helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate you!
The receptionist/manager at the front was really nice however the rooms were pretty gross and unkept. The first room we were introduced to didn't even have the linens clean, trash was in the sink and in the bathroom. The next room, the floors were pretty gross, accompanied with a stench of weed down the hallway.nnAll in all the cleaning staff needs training or needs to be fired.
Check in guy was nice upon check in but was rude to my family and then we had a bit of miscomunication and he was extremely rude which was unnecessary. All he needed to inform us was what needed to be done next to resolve the issue. Instead he thought he needed to repeat himself and talk to us like children smh no name tag either.
