Was told they had two prescriptions ready at 2:30. Went up at 3:00, and they only had one on file. It was out of stock and would be available next day. Asked for help to find another Walgreens with the medicine, and they said their phone system was down. Interestingly I called them immediately after and spoke to them before being put on hold forever.nnNever go there. Kroger is across the street.

I would give No stars if possible. The pharmacy is totally incompetent. It’s a consistent issue, something or the other becomes a problem. Either they don’t have the meds (and they don’t tell you unless you call to ask), they don’t know how to transfer prescriptions to another Walgreens, they don’t know how to count, or they don’t know fill the scripts on time. I’m done trying with this location.

Made an appointment for flu shot at 10.20am and it’s now 10.50am and still waiting. The lady got super rude when asking how much longer to wait saying she was not going to rush and that they had walks ins...we’ll excuse me what’s the purpose of making an appointment then? Really really bad customer service, never going back for flu shot again!

If your prescription contains a controlled substance, don’t send it here. I went through a whole mess to pick mine up today. First, it wasn’t in their system anymore, despite me calling to confirm hours earlier.nnThen, they said I had another prescription out somewhere so they couldn’t fill it here. Then that I had already picked that prescription up.nnFinally had my Dr’s office speak to the tech here to get them to release it to me. Very clearly they intended to keep my subscription for themselves or to sell.nnSo for me, 0 stars. For criminals.. 5??

Absolutely the SLOWEST drive through line known to man. This place is worse than the DMV. However the pharmacist working here seems to be as about as competent. Don’t bother unless you got a good 45 minutes to waist. To be clear this was literally waiting for them to acknowledge me, not an insurance issue.
