Very disappointed the room was dirty and my one year old daughter found a piece of plastic and loose grout and almost choked on both, she almost got hurt on the corner guard that is not properly mounted to the wall, my boys pulled the dresser forward because they wanted to plug in their tablets the hard way then found more trash and a rat trap.. then there was roaches..the faucet held together by duct tape and a walmart bag. I travel a lot and have never seen that many issues in one room
Breakfast was advertised but none existent. Muffins were out the first day of our 5 day stay, we ate 2 muffins and they were taken up and none for the rest of our stay. The woman Trish at the front desk was very rude.
It was one of the greatest nights sleep I've had in a long time.
The beds wefe horrible. Staff was friendly..
This is the nicest hotel in Kountze Texas the staff is very friendly the rooms are clean and even have the pool great place to stay for the value
