The room was nice, but when it came time to get my pet deposit back. That was another story. I have a little dog that did not go potty in the room. They said it was because the room smelled like cigarettes. Nobody smoked in that room. They just wanted to keep the money. I will never stay there again.
Wow this place was so clean and nice. They provided sack breakfast but really clean and comfortable rooms. Decent staff
Huge crack in mirrornToilet almost overflowed everytime we used it.nA/C worked but heater didn't work at all.nFront desk solution was a space heater. TV didn't work til the front desk messed with it. I also broke out in hives due to the chemicals used to clean the bed linens. Never going to stay here again. Wish the front desk offered up a different room. Toilet was dirty as well and the lamps had some odd dirt on their bases.
Dear Owner, The theft dis happen at your property. The police didn't go back on the video starting from the time we arrived. Please go back and review the cameras from check in to the time that I put the stuff they didn't steal in the back of our other car. This will clearly show you what happened. We know what we had in our truck when we arrived at your hotel. Just know this will be our last stay in a Laquinta after how we have been treated by your Laquinta staff and the police in your area. However. I did get my pet deposit back thank you for that.
I picked this hotel based on the positive reviews I found online. I was disappointed when I got to the hotel and found that it is an older hotel in need of renovation. My room did not meet my standards of cleanliness - which are reasonable. There were stains on the duvet, the sitting chair looked as if it had not been cleaned ever (a thick layer of dust and brown dirt), and the shower had soap scum build up. I've returned home now and found several bites on my back and neck. I seriously hope they are not bed bugs from the hotel. Please beware that the glowing reviews online may give you a different impression of the hotel and you may be disappointed if you decide to stay here. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very kind.
