We were really impressed by this hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We were also very happy with our room. A lot of jacuzzi rooms are cramped and can be humid. This one was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out for travelers. Everything was very clean and sanitized. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the back exit door was broken and did not lock.
Absolutely horrible experience. Booked through Priceline. Due to the severe winter weather and being stranded with 3 small children, we were unable to make it to the hotel. AMBER, working the night shift was extremely hateful, rude, and horrible to deal with. They did NOTHING to try to accommodate, credit our account or send a refund. We will be writing several letters to corporate to do what we can to get this employee removed. We are business owners and would be APPALLED if ANY of our employees acted out as she did. She did NOT care about the safety of my family. Please look for another hotel with reasonable service that at least shows SOME compassion towards it guests.

Every time my boyfriend and I travel to Durant we come and stay at this location in Denison rather than the one in Durant. Better prices, always clean, wonderful staff and now that the breakfast is back it was really nice to have first thing in the morning. Not saying the one in Durant isn’t great just like saving little where we can. Thanks for always being great! We will be back soon!
Got in late due to leaving late and was given room 211. We could hardly sleep due to the walls being so thin that we could hear our neighbor snoring all night. We also could hear people talking outside all night and we were on the second floor. After Snorlax finally woke up we thought we could get 2 hours of sleep before starting our day however then we could hear snorlax’s conversation with their spouse discussing how great they slept that night. We also got these little tiny baby pillows to sleep on. I willnNever stay at this hotel again.
