This was not a very good experience. Parking lot was horrible and had litter everywhere. Bathroom for our room had numerous issues. Toilet was not set, so it moved. Spigot in the bathtub was barely hanging on. No water pressure either. Beds were comfortable however. Person on shift was not very helpful either.
The sheets and flooring were clean. Towels seemed to be new and clean. The night clerk did not greet nor thank me. There is a big sign with the times and locations of the hotel services. The Doors are raggedy and there was dead tree roaches in the room hallways. My bathroom door would not close. Overall it was okay. There was no deposit.
I noticed this within the hour because I took the stairway downstairs to ask questions concerning inside my room. When I asked what happened to the broken window and back door access.nnThe front desk clerk a guy stated “some crazy guy did this last night, a police report has been filed”nnI asked if there was a plan in place to cover the back door so trespassers cannot have access and the window to be coverednnHe said it is coverednnI responded I feel unsafe because of the back door being covered with some plastic trash bag anyone can walk right innnHis response was you can leave now and repeatedly said for me to check out since I feel unsafennAs Wyndham being the parent organization I posted pictures from their about me as how Super 8 is to be upholding and held accountable to.nn2 nights and 2 days nothing has been done to prevent all safety measures possible
So bad dont stay here. We requested non smoking yet ashes in floor when we arrived in bathroom and smelled of smoke.found shattered glass in bed under sheet floors and everything including bedding very dirty and ripped chair and pool not working
Horrible run down place full of roaches, blood on the wall, doors busted open cigarette butts on floor, trash all in hallways, people sleeping on the floors outside rooms and inside stairwell. No amenities open. Called before going and asked about the inside swimming pool and the hot tub being available and open they said it was. It was not there is no breakfast The Wi-Fi download speed is less than a megabyte per second and upload is about 200 kB per second. Very very very disappointed in this hotel. I would have not stayed however even though they said there was free cancellation when I reserved the room with my debit card when I went to cancel they were going to charge me $60 cancellation fee.
