The hotel is very nice. Has a well lit lobby with tables that you can sit and talk. The employee at check in desk was wearing a mask. There's a big screen TV in the lobby. The hotel has an indoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is approximately 3 years old. The hotel has convenient access to the highway 635 just off of Saturn and marketplace. The hotel has no smoking in the rooms.
Loved it, it was the only clean place to stay! Excellent customer service and rooms are amazing! It’s worth the price !

Day shift is what's up. Very clean environment. The small store was looking scarce and,But for some reason when i ask for. A one bedroom with separate living room meaning privacy and bathroom and kitchen like a one bedroom suite apartment. How come every single person i speak to on Reservation with Wyndham or Ihg Resorts Member Services thinks it would be this i need a whole one bedroom separate with complete wall and door with a whole living room.Damn why does it have to be so omg hard. My apologies to Brandon for being a bit much but this is so not it. Who can at once resolve this lack of understanding of what I need. Anybody???? If so please email me . Thank you
We was kicked out for being too loud never was given a warning at 11:30pm, never even called my cellphone or the room, I ask for proof of the number of complaints or show me a call log to the room. I was ignore and I ask for a refund of at least half of my money which was $116, since I was being ask to leave, spoke with GM Issac on 11/2/2020 was told there was too much traffic going in and out of the room, he never mentioned anything about noise complaint. He stated he called the room and was told no one knew me (that's a lie). The room phone NEVER rung. The night Mary stated on 10/31 when being ask to leave for noise complaint no music or anything was playing. I was only there from 3pm -11:30 pm, to be fair I ask for a partial refund of my $116 and was told no by GM Issac. You going to ask me to leave and that's fine but you want to keep my entire $116 and I did not even stay overnight left at like 11:30pm that same night. Is this even legal, I paid the $116 for an overnight stay but I did not stay and I cannot even get a partial refund. GM Issac told me to do what I got to do but he was not refunding any of my money. NEVER WILL STAY AT ANY LAQUINTA AGAIN!!!
