i lived there for 11 years and greg is a terible landlord. looks ie tash and is fillrd with drugs and bad peope.

This owner is the slumlord of all ,Do not give him your business! I rented a house from him a year and it was a horrible experience. I had my Ac go out the first day moving in and called him to fix it he actually blamed us for the Ac system being out . Thought my boyfriend did it because he use to do Ac work , this guy is crazy ! I had to buy window units out of my own money to keep the house cool .His Ac tech was creepy very unprofessional and text me things like “Good Morning Beautiful I’m on my way to fix your Ac “. I did not feel comfortable with the way he would text me and showed upnDrunk . Told my landlord and once again blame me , I stayed because of the cheap rent and cheap rent problems is what I got lesson learned. The real kicker is I left my place perfect have all my pictures and documents to proof it , Than this greedy slumlord keep $100 stating it’s a non-refundable pet fee , I told him the paperwork said nothing about that . He got upset and cussed me out telling me that I better not use him as a reference... I have all my documents and pictures to show for all that I’ve been through. I would never tell anyone to rent from this crazy horrible landlord .

I love it here. Been here since last year and everyone is kind, its safe and peaceful. The manager is very good at taking care of this property and the resident all lived here for a VERY long time. I am super happy and I dont want to ever move, just get something bigger. The rent is SO affordable and the deposit - both cannot be beat because of the amenties and THE LAKE!!! I like the Owner/Manager - he is very good to his residents! I am blessed to be here!
