I been trying to contact you yesterday all day and went to the address and no response and I emailed y’all so many time and nothing I really want to rent a home their and try to get a house by March 2021 now that I’m seeing that theirs long waits I’m really scared :( bc I really want to leave in the neighborhood my brother in law used to leave their and I really want to have an Opportunity to be their! Hope I get an email back ASAP thank you!

Just from past residences that stayed here loved this until an unseemly took over a past manager. Don’t you think it’s weird how a new person takes over as soon as new comes in as if nothing happened. Things coming up missing and rent raised without warning and tenants move in as soon as the last renters leave. Visited this place one time and loved it, but with some things being brought to light, I wouldn’t stay here at all. For more than a few months the fence hasn’t been fixed, yet and just now I’m driving and seeing new carpets being put in someone’s house now. Now how is it that with the two visits I made only one house and and the office looks kept up, can someone shed light on the subject

I came in this morning to place my name on the waiting list and Tiffany, the lady who works there, was so sweet and extremely helpful. I'm definitely looking forward to living there one day!

Tiffany provides excellent customer service. She was very helpful and gave me some good advice. A friendly word of advice:nn1. Always give a 30 to 60 day notice before moving. It's best to send the notice via email to establish a timeline.nn2. Take pictures of each room including closets and restrooms.nn3. Be sure that all maintenance issues are resolved while you're still in a binding lease.nn4. Contact Fair Housing if you have been discriminated against as a tenant.
