Live Oak RV Park is a well cared for, clean and welcoming RV park. Sarah on the bookings and Willard the park manager both do an excellent job.nnMost of the park has shade from huge Live Oak trees and has well spaced gravel sites. There is a fishing stream (Jones Creek) bordering the campground and the location is close to the beach and also the town of Lake Jackson with all the main stores.
Love this place we moved in last May. Very friendly RV Park. Nice management and grounds kept very well.
Live Oak RV Park...is heaven on earth...highly-rated with lots if shade trees, a fishing creek, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet ..like a breath of fresh air. . Lovely and enjoyable.
We have been here at Live Oak for about 5 months. We are very happy here. The park has beautiful grass areas, lovely trees, is quiet and family friendly. Sarah is always super helpful and very nice. MR. Willard will make you feel like family. He has taken my trash down for me, makes sure I get my packages, is great with the kids, and always lets us know we should feel safe and if not make sure to contact him right away. The park is very clean, affordable, and fast reliable wifi is included with rent. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking to come to the area!
If you enjoy a quiet, courteous and family feel, then this is the place to be. I love the beautiful landscaping of the park. WiFi that's unbeatable and free with your rent!!! Staff is so pleasant and helpful, made me feel like one of the clan... I can't express how much I love Live Oak RV Park and it's staff...
