This will be my second week staying here and overall i couldn't be more happy with my stay. My house keeper really took care of me and had her own little touch to cleaning. It is very appreciated and would return anytime. I also like the fact that they do offer smoking rooms. It made all the difference in my stay.

This hotel is very in the middle. The rooms are pretty clean and well-kept the hotel is also pretty well kept I like how they still offer smoking rooms. However I had some issues in our first room the bathroom door wouldn't open so they moved us to a new room I happen to leave something behind in the old room I called to ask about it and the person at the front desk didn't seem to know how housekeeping worked so he could not find my item however the next day when housekeeping showed up the lady in charge of housekeeping returned my item I'm glad to have gotten it back it was just harder than it should have been like the employees didn't communicate with each other luckily I had to stay an extra day and was able to get it back also this hotel did not have a continental breakfast but they did offer a pack that contained muffins a granola bar and a bottled water with an apple so you can see they're trying but the pool is closed and also they do not have any vending machines also one of the employees gave my room number to somebody without verifying who this person was . this is not normally how I would think Best Western hotels are but I think this one is a franchise and you can clearly tell so points for cleanliness and where they're located right off the highway it's really ideal. However my overall stay experience wasn't the greatest

I had the pleasure of staying here during a winter storm. Had to stay 5 days and Jen at the front desk was amazing!! Her and another lady were the best!

We really enjoyed our stay at the windsor. The room was clean and very nice. And the staff was polite and helpful.

Great place to stay. Good location lots of different restaurants, stores close by. Friendly staff, comfort, easy going to relax and chill out.
