Nice clean subdivision for modular homes. Nice play area for children, soccer area, community swimming pool, and community center. I saw numerous neighbors taking friendly walks enjoying the afternoon.

Great community but more than anything great service!nFranchesca was an amazing help for me and my mom. She was able to move us in in less than a week!!nShe was extra helpful with everything we needed it and she was able to help my mom whom only speaks Spanish.nVery satisfied with everything and general and of course very thankful for the help we received (:

Working was Franchesca was so wonderful! She’s very helpful and has such a infectious energy. It’s a quiet community and it feels like a nice neighbourhood. The office staff is all very friendly and helpful.

I have lived here for about a month now. The neighborhood is charming and the neighbors are friendly. The location is PERFECT! The Alamo Ranch shopping center is near by and has numerous options to shop and eat. During these Covid19 times, the near by stores and restaurants offer the essential service of curb side pick up too!nnThe Yes! Communities office representative, Francesca was very attentive, reassuring and answered the million questions I had during the initial leasing process. She walked me through step by step. Francesca returned my calls and emails promptly, since our primary form of communication was electronic due to this pandemic.nnNothing in life runs smoothly. Apparently there was a price discrepancy for the monthly rent, between what was advertised on the Yes! Communities website and what was on the books at Northwest Trails. The monthly difference was negligible, $50. However yearly that adds up quickly. Thankfully Francesca was able to remedy the situation.nnPlease ask for Francesca if you're looking to live in a nice side of San Antonio, full of near by amenities and an affordable home larger than an apartment. Trust me you'll be pleasantly surprised with what Northwest Trails has to offer.

I have lived here for 15 years and it is one of the best communities that I've lived in. The staff are always kind and helpful and I highly recommended living here.
