Room was outstanding. No problem with that.nnBefore we checked in we asked if pool deck was available to sit in fresh air, get some sun and relax. Counter agent told us yes.nnNext morning we wanted to sit by pool. Agent told us No. We complained. He refused to changennWe asked to speak with manager. He told us would have to wait until afternoonnnThen he started following us watching us. Asking us to leave the breakfast area. Not more than 1 person in that area.nnI now regret talking to him because I realize he was only doing what he had been told.nnFinally he got the manager, Randy, on the phone. He handed me the phone while I was loaded down with luggage. I asked for his number to call him back. Tried 5 minutes later. No luck. Message said Randy was not taking calls.nnHopefully this helps. Don't want to get front desk guy in trouble. Definitely a management issue. Absolutely no flexibility.nnWe have stayed in another laquinta in the San Antonio area. No problem sitting around pool there.nnBasically we would not have stayed there without a place to sit outside. Only 2 people. Not a big group. No dogs No smokers No drinking. Clean up any area. 74 years old.
The manager Randy and his staff were very professional and assisted on any thing we needed. Remarkable service. We enjoyed our rooms. Alot of space so family could visit. We had 3 rooms to include a handicap room for my 90 and 86 year old aunt said uncle. Breakfast was good. House keeping was helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.ud83dudc4dud83eudd29
Great place to stay if you have dogs or other pets as the hotel is pet friendly. Rooms are okay not the cleanest. And are kinda outdated. But overall great place to stay for a great price.
The bed was comfortable and the pillows were plentiful. The room was clean. I only spent one night.
There was a young male clerk that seemed to have no experience in customer service. Then there was a elderly male employee that was following me and telling me what I can't do. I don't know if he was following me because I was Hispanic . The first room they provided for me and my girlfriend had a toilet leak. Then the second room they provided for us the a/c was not working.
