Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I've been a Sears supporter and customer for many years, and have their appliances. My refrigerator freezer drain stopped up and I called Sears. The technician came out and quickly fixed the problem unfreezing the line. It took him 15 minutes and charged me over $300 for labor; no parts needed. I was rushed due to work and should not have paid this amount. I followed Sears' process of getting this over charge reduced and got tangled in their online phone support bureaucracy. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust Sears. Over $300 for 15 minutes of service! They also tried to sell me other service contracts. Their technicians are now focused on charging high prices and selling other agreements. Stay away and find a small business owner who appreciate their customers and don't overcharge.
