Our stay as good over all. If I had to cratiq the hotel, I would say this. We checked in on Thurs 25 of March. Our room was clean and sanitized. The staff was professional and helpful. But:...we had 4 ladies sharing the room and we we always had to ask for towels and washcloths, No one clean the room or picked up trash. I realize Vivid is among us, but it is getting BETTER. Lets get back to living life.

Best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The hotel and our room was very clean. The young man that checked us in was very friendly and personable. We travel alot with my husband job and stay in alot of hotels. The young man at Mainstay Suites asked us what floor we would like to be on, with all the hotels we have ever stayed at nobody has ever asked us that. To some that may not mean much but we were impressed. Yes we are smokers. So he put us on the 1st floor right by a door we could use to go in and out of to smoke. We slept in so we did not get to go to breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean. They had snacks and drinks to buy and it had all kinds and stocked to the max. Even checking out the young lady was nice, all smiles, and friendly. When and if we ever pass through Lufkin we will always stay at this hotel.

Booked my room over the phone with Morgan at the front desk. When we arrived, she happily greeted us and provided an AWSOME attitude throughout our entire stay! : )nnRoom was truly clean, not just on the surface… Spacious rooms with full kitchen and supplies is a plus for families! Hot breakfast not served, due to Covid. But the alternate grab and go continental breakfast that’s pretty decent : )
