Nasty for the price.. Very unprofessional.. Don't communicate about the checkout time.. I put in the stay and leaving date they charged me $70 then go come to my room saying checkout time is at 11 am when I wasn't informed about it when I checked in.. We checked in at about 1 am.. Saturday morning then want us out at 11 am.
Rude, dirty, overpriced,
Place head roaches, barely gave any towels, drains didn't drain too good.. actually had electronic key, no card key.. and a little pricey for worth in my opinion..
If I could give it no stars I would. My husband pays close to 1600$ a month because he is working here in Lufkin. The manager made a scene about me wanting my sheets changed once a week. Told me I had to clean my own room and take out my own trash HE also has the audacity to ask why I use so much toilet paper! One of the beds had blood stains and I had to buy my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom.When I tried talking to the lady upfront she insisted in raising her voice at me and even asked me when I was leaving. Do Not stay here. I had to wipe down the lamp bulbs because it had so much dust!
Our first room locked us inside the room. The second one had bloodstains on the mattress and knife holes in the sheet. An awful experience, and I'd recommend staying somewhere else.
