Gloria, the manager, always takes good care of us. We have been doing business with this Best Western for about ten years. We have never had a problem. The rooms are always nice, clean and updated. The breakfast is very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As an example, tonight Edith took very good care of us. We are very pleased with this hotel

Sorry I forgot pictures but the place was very nice the first room we were in was great beds comfortable and room clean we moved to another room because my husband wanted a jacuzzi because I have some problems with my shoulders and neck they changed our room with no problems that room was clean as well the bed was ok in the second room it was sunk in in the middle but over all it was a great place .... there is noise from the highway but the people staying there are very quite .... staff was great as well

I was locked out of my room on day 2 of my stay and was forced to go to the office to have my key re-done, which is one of my supreme pet peeves. After my negative review on their internal survey I was contacted by general manager Gloria Maldonado and she did not admit a mistake but unbelievably justified this intentional policy with the following response: "While COVID-19 has caused us to make amendments to our hotel’s services and offerings for your safety and wellbeing, our hotel continues to look for ways to improve our guests’ stay. We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward. Please know that the health and safety of our guests remain paramount, and as such, we were among the first in the industry to roll out standards and best practices to enhance our cleaning protocols at the start of COVID-19. Our hotel prides itself on embracing BWH Hotel Group’s We Care Clean™ initiative, and our trained staff are committed to ensuring the highest cleanliness standards recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.". Apparently this is part of their bizarre Covid policy. I doubt I will ever return.

OMG! Pampered Gloria thank you and the wonderful staff Victoria and Isaiah for the outstanding hospitality. From the time I registered until our last day. Accommodation exceeded our expectations. Fantastic customer service. Our room was on the first floor making it convenient and easy to get around and accessable parking, extra rugs in my room. My husband and I just loved the room Jacuzzi so much that we decided to stay a third day for Father's day. Good experience. See you next time!
