Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pleasanton

By far the best Inn to stay at in Pleasanton, hands down. Friendly staff and very relaxing environment. I give them 5 stars.

Amy was very polite and very friendly! She treats her customers amazing and welcomed! No sleeping in our car to stay warm tonight. 10/10 would recommend

We were driving through called and asked for a room..they didn't have any at the price on the website. Just a couple doubles for double the price.We were 20 mins away said we would be right there. I got online to see if there was something else..We found a double for $47 and booked it. We got there and she said they had nothing available. I told it's been paid for already. She said if we could wait she would get house keeping to clean one. We agreed. Less than 5 minutes later she found one. We got to the room and there was a used face mask on the floor. Next morning I informed the desk and she told me that the night lady admitted to her that she put us in a blocked room and that it wasn't supposed to be used. She told her she wasn't sure if it was even cleaned. She let me know I should call corporate and file a complaint..I did. Motel was supposed to contact me. It's been 2 weeks. I get an email that they can't help me that I need to contact Priceline. Called corporate again.I informed them that the manager never got back to me, but the motel did email corporate saying that they contacted me and everything was taken care of. That they had offered me a refund that night but I refused it. Shady people... stuck me in a unusable room knowing it was dirty.Then lied about it. In a time of heightened safety measures, they screwed up. PS...you should be wearing masks yourselves.

Friendly and great staff Amy the front desk manager goes above and beyond to make sure that the guest are taking care of always greets them with a smile I highly recommend this hotel

Great Friendly peoplenAmy and Baron made us feel welcomed and even though we were here for our sisters funeral they made us feel like we were home best in the town
