For a month I tried booking a 15 group room reservation, but after leaving messages or my number every time I called, I never heard back from the manager. I should have just stopped calling after the first time I did not hear from him. They do have a receptionist who is absolutely fantastic, with excellent customer service and who was able to make accommodations. Thank you Bianca

I gave a previous review and it was a good review of the property but I have decided to change my review as I booked it through Bookings.com and did stay at the property at the scheduled time. Now I keep getting emails from Bookings.com that I was a no show for scheduled stay. I did show for my scheduled stay and had friends with me that can verify as We came into town to visit old school mates. I have tried to call the Hampton Inn in Pleasanton as On my receipt I saw they put it in as a no show. I have been trying to get someone on the phone multiple times and I am just left on hold. I have even called the Pleasanton number and have been left on hold. Beware that you will be left in booking HELL!!!!!!!

I used to stay at this hotel all the time I was in town, after last night I won’t be staying there. Room smelled like awful. Bed was very uncomfortable.nWhen I was getting ready to go bed I smelled cigarette smoke like it was coming from the room next to me. The restroom light didn’t work at all. I showered in the dark. I don’t recommend this hotel. This hotel has Definitely gone downhill . I will be using the hotel next door.

My company u s Well Services frequents this location for training and when we have out of town guests to very nice place they are are preparing to do a complete remodel but yet is beautiful out of it is I thought it was wonderful but I was informed that they are starting to be some new Remodeling and make it even nicer

I traveled 15 hours to get to the hotel for work to find out the hotel gave my room away. I even checked in on the app and tried calling the hotel and they would not answer the phone. Do not stay at this hotel.
