Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pleasanton

Hello, my boyfriend and I with his parents stay for roughly almost a week at this hotel. I wanted to bring aware of some concerns i had and an experience that made me highly uncomfortable. There is a man who is tall with tan skin and black hair that works the breakfast in the morning. I think he stays on the bottom floor because he never left the hotel while we were there the whole time. Sometimes i think he wears a black muscle shirt and may have tattoos i cannot remember. He would constantly try to talk to me and he would never stop staring at me which made me get to the point where i wouldnt even go outside alone without my boyfriend to go smoke a cigarette or even to talk to the front desk because i would always run into him and he gave me strong stalker vibes. I wanted to make yall aware that this happened and my boyfriend had confronted him the night before we left and he seemed to have backed away but he mostly did this the entire stay. The last couple days i did not go get breakfast because i was worried he was there. There is also a lady at the front desk where we noticed she was turning some people away from being able to get a room without a reservation and then allowed some like she was picking and choosing. The male that worked the front desk was very helpful and very kind. He was the best one and i enjoyed how quick he was at getting extra towels and pillows. I couldn't write this into a complaint because when finding the hotel everything it offered was in China and Canada for some reason.

Real nice place...they even had NetFlix on the room tv...so we could use our NetFlix account...great breakfast...nice staff.n...Dan Habluetzel...aka...Hobbiehubbcapp.

Thay were very nice and considerit to us all. Thay give brecfust every morning and thay have a large variety to choose from. If I had a chance to go there again

Unfortunately we had a bad experience this time staying at the Marriott in Pleasanton Texas. The desk clerk was very very rude to us and even hung up on me. We were staying in their hotel because my grandma had passed away. She was unprofessional and not considerate at all! Don’t think I’ll be going back there!

I only visited the Main Lobby, it was very clean and quite. The gentleman who was booking in guest was very business like. I was there to inquire about a job posted with work force solutions. The gentleman was helpful in printing me a copy the application and told me the best day & time to return to speak with Lady in the H/R department.
