Staff is very friendly. 1st and 3rd floors under construction. Elevator is out of order. 8a.m. gets noisy. Rooms are nice.
Couldn't believe what I saw. The first floor was under renovations, no where on the website did it mention this. Floor was uneven , not finished. Breakfast was not available. Room on 2nd floor was nice. Beds were soft. ** Call before making reservations **
Well the room itself was great, clean and comfortable. The main problem is that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation which was not mentioned on the IHG app when I booked the room. It will look really good once completed. Oh did I mention that the elevator is not working?nFortunately, im only on the 2nd floor.
I understand as a former hospitality employee that renovation projects happen but this was plain out gross. This was worse than a motel 6. So disappointed. Elevator didn't work most of the stay.
So far not to good!! At check in wasn't given information that hotel was being renovated, no information about pool, or breakfast. I had to ask what room I was in. We will see how the rest of the night goes. We usually stay at La Quinta.. we wanted to try different.
