Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Berry Farms

Everything was very clean and the staff was very accommodating when I requested a different type of room upon arrival. They quickly got the new keys made and even accommodated the request that I had for a bathtub. I didn’t even think their rooms had bathtubs, so this was a nice surprise. I highly recommend the one bedroom suite. If you are thinking about doing a one bedroom or a studio king, I think you should go with the one bedroom. It is quite a bit different in terms of space to spread out and relax. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Bartender moves super slow, does not acknowledge customers, does not have common courtesy. We came in for happy hour and waited at least a half an hour while he served one customer a shot at bar another couple next to us was also waiting he finally acknowledged the other customers but didn’t bring us a menu also the whole time he kept his head towards the ground and did not lift it to see who was in his restaurant, service is very very bad we ended up having to get up and leave even though the customers next to us handed us their menus to try to help us out, bartender has no clue what he’s doing and no sense of urgency it should not take 30 minutes for two tables to get waited on.

This is a new hotel just a short drive from the downtown Nashville area. It is hidden gem, very affordable rates in Berry Farms, one of the most affluent communities in Tennessee. The hotel has a bar, small market fitness center outdoor seasonal pool and is conveniently located close to everything. The staff members are extremely friendly, professional and about all service oriented. When you are there, tell Annie that I sent you. Cowboy Hats and boots are welcome, but not required.

No one is enforcing Masks. Bartender has mask down. Talk desk gentleman (dark skin) most of the time was without masks. Staff wearing masks below nose. Stay away! A COVID outbreak ready to happen. Put signs on elevator! Every where!

Nice hotel with full bar. Music in lobby per schedule. Bartendress made a great vodka martini!
