Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs

Great staff and facility overall. However there was a blonde lady and another man in the pool giving swim lessons both days of our stay. The man had an extremely loud voice. Made the already small pool even smaller. The parents of the kids they were teaching to swim took up most of the seats. The parents and kids were obviously not hotel guests. The blonde lady teacher was very rude to my kids because they splashed one of her students. Didn't realize this was a YMCA training facility.

The team at this location is amazing! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for the kind hospitality and the wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Duke and I had a memorable stay!

The hotel room was clean! However, very disappointed in the evening front desk clerk told him our concerns on the pool as it had food and hair floating in it and his reply was I guess I should close it down for the weekend. Not helpful and lacked concern! Plus, the picture shows hot tub and there is not one here. Pics below does not show the severity.

Clean, efficient and very close to a lot of good restaurants for takeout.

Great staffing and yes I would for sure stay here again
