Hyatt Place Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

Staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the little bar/coffee shop area was great! Room was clean and big with a desk, couch, room divide for the bed area, and the shower was nice. Water pressure wasn’t great but it was hot. Lots of great shopping and dinning all around too. Super good find!! And the price was on point!!

Rooms are clean, staff very nice. A big shout out to Kristin at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond!

Very clean and super helpful personnel. Good sized rooms and comfy bed. Definitely a 3 or 3.5 star level. Decent grab and go. Location close to a lot of helpful places.

Really nice room with couch seating area and kitchenette. Staff was super nice even made wife coffee at 8pm. Only draw was alittle noise from the hallway.

The Environment outside was just lowdown wrong. A guy was just standing waiting for ride, When he asked, the driver to pull up the vehicle up, The driver said, no. He asked him again, the driver refused to do.Then, he was trying to get the guy who was leaving the building his attention, he was just so freaking rude. He said, DON’T TOUCH ME!! For my recommendation, you need to get some better service and be nice to your guests. PERIODT.
