Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

Last year, Penny, my Australian Shepherd, and I moved into the Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs (Franklin, TN) for 2 months while several companies put our house back together after a toilet supply line burst upstairs. All of the employees truly made this place feel like a home away from home. Everyone was so friendly, and they took excellent care of me and Penny. ❤ufe0fud83dudc36❤ufe0f The location is perfect with delicious restaurants and shops nearby. This property is my go-to hotel property when I travel to the Cool Springs area. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the rooms are well equipped for video meetings and work. During this past year the staff has bent over backwards to serve their customers.

We had a good stay overall. Nice room and kitchenette although the bathroom/shower was a bit small. There were some stains on our comforter so we just didn’t use it.

Nothing super special but completely fine. Breakfast is microwaving your own eggs. A little more DIY but still fine.

This Home2 does not live up to the expectations from Hilton brand. Towels had stains. Breakfast was minimal, no hot items on the counter; this is not the first time I stayed in Home2. Even with covid situation, other hotels are serving hot breakfast!
