Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

This was one of the best experiences we had staying with our kids. The room was very nice, it had every thing that we needed. It was very comfortable and spacious. They had a nice size indoor pool, and whirlpool. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2+ weeks on multiple biz trips. Every stay was always pleasant. Rooms are spacious, homie, and clean at the same time. There was one time they served the Japanese breakfast even though it was not on their menu. I am so grateful for your hospitality and great service. Big fan of Marriott group!

Great place, clean and tidy, but can hear doors slamming from your room. One employee was super nice and awesome with her customer service skills while another older woman wasn't as welcoming.

Room was nice peaceful and quiet even loved the area it's located in I will definitely be back soon.

We travel for work every week. And I have to say this hotel went above and beyond adhering to COVID -19 guidelines. It was incredibly clean!!! I usually have to disinfect a room once we check in, but it was already spotless. We were sooo happy !! The size of the rooms were also amazing. We stayed In a 2 bedroom suite, which had a full kitchen, dining room , and living room. I homeschool so having all of this space make school time very pleasant ud83dude01This will definitely be one of our regular hotels to stay in while in the Franklin TN area.
