Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

Went here for a convention center thing. No one wearing masks: not workers, not customers, did not check temperatures. This is not how you protect others.nnReply after response: you can say what you would like. Every worker watching the doors, to the bar. Not wearing a mask. No customer inside of that event had on a mask and not socially distanced at all. I wish I had taken pictures for you to get a fine. I will see if I can get some from the people who went with me. People should feel safe. I did not feel safe with over 600 people unmasked in a closed room sitting right next to each other with no space between chairs.

My family came in from different states for my brother’s funeral and stayed here. Hany, Anthony and Suzie in the bar/restaurant treated us like family and were so wonderful. Kind, very good at making us feel at home and great service! The hotel was beautiful, too❤ufe0f

Very nice! The rooms were clean. The lobby is very nice, and a great place to grab a bite to eat, while sitting by the fire.

I love the layout of the conference center. Plenty of places to walk in between sessions. The atmosphere is calming, and they've got a Starbucks in the lobby.

I liked the new rooms and the clean bathroom. Parking is free of charge. Definitely a hotel for conferences and business meetings.
