Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

We stayed at your hotel on Wednesday, March 10, 2020. Just a few words,nYour facility was very clean and well kept. Beds, rooms, bathrooms The staff was great and it is good seeing people still working to keep us all safe, until we beat the virus.nMark was the gentleman who greeted us and checked us in.  He was , in a word, AWESOME.  He worked with us to identify our Choice rewards account.  When we got to our room, the TV was not working.  Mark came to our room, and determined he needed to move us to a room with a working TV.  What an asset to your company!  He was so very nice.nLoved the breakfast work around!  I hope you share what you are doing, the food was hot and very  much appreciated.nExcellent 5 star experience which we will post on Google reviews!nThank younJoe and Laura Falotico

I usually love the comfort inn & suites but this one just wasn't great. When we checked in the gentleman behind the desk answered a phone call after we walked in and proceeded to book a reservation for about 10 minutes before even acknowledging us. The to-go breakfast was very very meager and I felt like we did not get our money's worth. It was a very small biscuit with sausage on it and nothing else. No fruit, no yogurt, nothing. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast. The pillows were minuscule. Almost like a small decorative pillow and there were no blankets or anything extra for the room.

At check-in the assistant was not very personal. The room was clean. The facility was nice. Breakfast was very minimal with only a couple of items available. A week earlier I had an awesome breakfast at the Comfort Suites in Cullman, Alabama. I was very disappointed with my stay. We ran to Wendy's for breakfast before leaving.

My wife has had multiple surgeries in Franklin and with Covid restrictions in place, I am not allowed to stay at the hospital with her. Initially, we wanted a hotel close to the hospital and her doctor's offices and this one was convenient and affordable. Comfort Inn & Suites did not disappoint and we have since stayed at this Cool Springs location multiple times for multiple nights each time. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and very affordable. They even provided a wheel-chair for my wife to get to and from our room after her surgery. Breakfast options were limited due to Covid but the coffee was hot and the biscuits were good and this quick breakfast saved me a trip elsewhere on a very busy day. As long as there is a suite available for us, this will be our choice in Franklin.

The hotel was so clean and Our room was spotless ! The staff were so friendly and helpful, The warm biscuits and fruit were great for an early morning tournament.nPool is really big and very clean and nice !nDefinitely stay again !
