Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Girlfriend had graciously paid for my room over the phone and it was zero issue. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through. Beds and room were great too.

It was a great,clean,and quiet hotel. However the hotel staff was very inconsistent on the pricing. I repeatedly asked for the total and was informed 160$ (I was staying for two nights) on the phone and in person. Then I see I was charged 457$ dollars. I asked and never got a clear answer till I left. I was told that it was 160 for two nights. That is fine I just wish I told that however I was never given a clear answer on where the extra 97$ was towards. Very unfortunate cause of miscommunication and wrong information.

Hotel is nice but the restaurant is not open, very disappointing when they advertise it. You need to order at the lobby lounge and sit at little tables to eat. They modified their menu and the poor bartender has to do everything.

Staff was nice & helpful. Lobby & bar area were very nice, mask wearing encouraged but not mandatory. Room and bathroom were nice but very dark even with shades open.

Super clean rooms and common areas. Beautiful, spacious, updated rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Great space to sit and relax outside.
