Staybridge Suites Nashville - Franklin

This place is beautiful!!! The staff has been extremely accommodating! We stay in a lot of hotels due to my husband being a travel superintendent...I have never felt the need to leave such a positive review! I can’t complain about any of our stay! I wish I could pack the hotel and the staff with me on our next adventure! The hotel is extremely clean, the outdoor patio is so cool, and the extra of amenity of free laundry ud83dude33 Wow they have thought of everything here❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Very clean, spacious rooms. Great amenities, my girls loved the indoor pool. Comfy beds and loved the full kitchen. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only complaint is we needed to use the sofa bed and there were no sheets for it. Overall great experience!

We were going to be in the area a few days on a motorcycle trip and choose this hotel as it was centrally located to what we wanted to do and see.nWe stayed here Aug 26-30nnAll I can say is WOW!!!nThe place is perfect! Our room was spacious and had all we needed and more for a few days stay. The bed and pillows were so comfy I didn’t even want to get out of it!nnThey have a gorgeous patio that we sat on while waiting on our laundry to get done...oh, the FREE laundry room for guests ud83dude31nnThe customer service....AMAZING!!!nEvery member of the staff that we had encountered throughout our stay was friendly, accommodating and went way above and beyond anything we have ever encountered anyplace else we have stayed.nOne even offered to go across the st to Walmart and get us chocolate ice cream if we wanted it. ud83dude00 We declined, but seriously what other hotel would do that??nnDue to Covid restrictions there was not a big breakfast spread, however they did have a great selection of “take with you” items.nnOne even found something for us to use to cover our motorcycle when the rain hit. ❤ufe0fnnIf all Staybridge Suites are like this particular one, we will stay in one opposed to any other hotel.nnThank you so much to the staff for making our stay great and enjoyable!!!

New hotel and everything was AMAZING! Had the 2 bed suite and it was more than I expected. The full kitchen, the 2 tvs, the separate living room. Will be back for sure. The indoor salt water pool.

Really nice, clean and new! Staff was friendly and the dog was welcomed.
