Hyatt House Nashville / Franklin - Cool Springs

Excellent location. Clean. Staff was awesome. Ben the night desk clerk couldn't have been any nicer and professional. Mr. Neal the GM called me personally and followed up with a mix up on check-in. Breakfast was above average and the entire staff were courteous and attentive. Mr. Neal seems to have a good team here. Will stay again when in the Nashville area.

When we needed assistance with an issue JD was on it! The front desk staff and David were super friendly! The hotel is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will be back next time we are in town!!

Great hotel. Newer, nice rooms, comfortable bed. Attentive staff. Tesla charging a major bonus however could use better signage, most spots taken by non EVs.

First time staying at the Hyatt and my husband and I was very impressed. The rooms are very, very clean, has a kitchenette, The bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. Great place to stay.

Very nice, very covid friendly. First experience at the Hyatt House. The entrance is very modern and clean. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The only issue was that they had one elevator working on a 2 elevator hotel with a packed house. The wait times were insane to move about.
