please do NOT stay here. i have stayed here multiple times (this time booked by accident) and it is NOT somewhere welcoming. they are rude, have overcharged and drafted my card for reasons that aren’t true, and i am beyond appalled by their service. i am being charged $15 on my card because THEY believe they saw that i had a dog? when i never had one. i even tried fighting them on it and i was still charged.nand also i requested a late check out 11:30 whenever i arrived but the cleaning people kept harassing me to leave and the hotel even left a voicemail stating that my checkout is at 11. they wouldn’t let me back into my room at first whenever it closed on me from me stepping out to speak with them so i could get my items to leave and they were trying to direct me straight to the office like i was a problem in a very unwelcoming manner.nni’m a 21yo girl and i have severe anxiety over anything remotely near something so disrespectful - and they even proceeded to follow me to my car.nnplease if you have any fear of places just don’t speak to these people or even make them promise anything like a late checkout. they are clearly horrible communicators with one another and will blame you for their issues. i would love a refund, and i’ve tried getting one, but they won’t provide it.

Very helpful arrived late and the front desk man was very nice.

The first room smelled musty like it was smoked in. The drawer was missing out of the drawer, the front desk let us chang rooms. The next room the air conditioner squealed and smelled like something burned up inside. So at 1145 they offered us a refund if we left. But no compensation if we stayed over night so at midnight we were back in the car looking fo another place to stay. The next day we spent several hours with the third party that we booked with to get our refund. There are so many options for a few dollars more be wise stay elsewhere.

Not bad at all. Small room but it was clean & the bed was comfortable.
