Best Western Franklin Inn

My stay was what I needed...Quiet • Peaceful • Pleasant , not to mention - the decor factored in to the things I just mentioned , in that it was inviting , soft , welcoming...I'm always appreciative of having a compact fridge and a microwave in my room ❤. The staff was cordial and professional. The prices were reasonable. But , admittedly , I do have a bias - very few places I've stayed have ever been as comfortable as being in my own bed - and I am not saying that the bed was uncomfortable - it just wasn't mine ud83dude0e .nAlso, the location was ideal for me...food places in plain sight, a Sam's club within 2 or 3 miles, right off the interstate.

Clean, efficient. Nice upgrades like reading lights on the beds and argan oil body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Convenient location right off I-65.

Had a great night sleep. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were comfy and quiet. Walking distance to The Waffle House is a plus!

Had a little issue with my room on the second night of my stay. The staff was very very helpful, even helped me move all of my stuff into the new room. If you are coming to Franklin and need a place to stay, come here. Very clean and excellent customer service!!!!
