Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin

Really great stay and hotel. Loved the small apartment feel with a bedroom suite, living space and large bathroom. This room worked perfect for our stay with a puppy. The hotel is fairly updated and clean, some cosmetic damages from normal wear and tear but nothing that would impact your stay. Really enjoyed staying here, only complaint was the toilet paper haha!

There was some dust behind the TV which would be ok, except, it’s Covid times and it makes it evident that they don’t do a thorough clean. It showed a clear path in front and sides. The shower gel was empty and the room just didn’t smell clean. I’ve noticed that during these times the places that are actively cleaning actually smell clean. This hotel didn’t. We stayed at a better hotel elsewhere for less money.nWe booked for 4 and when we requested two more pillows they said they could only find one. What kind of hotel runs out of essentials like that?nnOther than that, the room is spacious and there wasn’t anything broken or visibly dirty. The room was comfortable and in an easy access area.nnHowever, the WORST part was the amount of people NOT wearing a mask. So many people in the lobby without masks and even one of the cleaning ladies in the lobby didn’t have one. That goes to show that infection is not a concern in this place.nNo enforcement whatsoever.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Competitive rates. I didn’t subtract a star because of it, but know that getting in and out of the parking lot is horrible due to traffic and access on Murfreesboro Road.

The rooms are out of this world. Great little kitchen area with everything you need to prepare a meal. Comfortable beds. Big screen TV. Desk and drawers for office work. Fully equipped bathroom. I could live here for weeks. First class.

Very new and modern. Our King room had regular fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a cook top. Huge desk area. First room I've found with a recliner beside the bed. It was a welcome and unexpected touch as was the wireless phone charger clock. The bed was comfy and offered a firm and a soft pillow. The room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I believe Gina checked us in. There was a large pet walking area except the grass was a little too high.
